Information collected

• Chat. When you use the chat on the homepage, I receive the messages you send and the conversation history needed to reply. I also collect technical information about your device and browser (e.g. browser type, language, screen size, timezone) to improve and debug the chat. This data is processed by Google (Gemini) and LangSmith for the chat and for observability; I do not use it for marketing.
• Contact form. If you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message are sent to Google Forms and handled according to Google’s Privacy Policy. I do not store contact submissions on my own servers.
• Analytics. This site uses Google Tag Manager (GTM). When you use the chat, a non-identifying event may be sent to GTM for analytics (e.g. that a chat message was sent). How that data is used depends on how GTM is configured and on Google’s Privacy Policy.

How long data is kept

Chat and device data in LangSmith are retained according to LangSmith’s retention settings. Contact form responses are stored in Google Forms and managed there. I do not retain logs of your visits on my own systems beyond what the hosting provider keeps for operational purposes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to or restrict processing. To make a request or ask a question, please contact me.

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page; the “Last updated” date below will be changed when the policy is revised.
